Job Title: Retail Merchandiser
Location: Multiple Store Locations (Travel Required)
Reports To: Logistics & Operations Manager
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Retail Merchandiser to lead and execute effective visual merchandising strategies across all Liberty Thrift locations. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for design, an understanding of retail flow and customer behavior, and the flexibility to travel regularly between store sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute floor layouts, product displays, and seasonal design changes in-store
• Create visually appealing merchandise presentations that align with Liberty Thrift’s brand and drive sales
• Work with store managers and leadership to ensure consistent standards across all locations
• Regularly travel to all Liberty Thrift stores to implement merchandising plans and assess store needs
• Analyze sales trends and inventory movement to inform display strategy
• Provide training and guidance to store staff on basic visual merchandising best practices
• Support setup of new store layouts and special event displays
• Source display materials and tools within budget as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in retail merchandising, visual design, or related field
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and balance
• Experience working in a retail or thrift environment preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time across multiple locations
• Must be able to lift/move merchandise and fixtures as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
