About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its High Rise division. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior leadership and strategic direction to the association management business, with a focus on delivering long-term, sustainable growth. This role involves leading a large team of property management associates, building a strong service culture, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. The VP will also be tasked with partnering with business development teams to drive growth in the market and will be expected to have a proven track record in leading and delivering sales and business growth. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 7 years' of senior management and executive leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in residential property management, hospitality, commercial or facilities management, real estate services, or other service-based industries. The role requires a candidate with a strong history of developing and managing high-performing teams, as well as experience in change management and a focus on service delivery. The VP will be expected to manage a P&L, create and execute business plans, and ensure the financial performance of the business. The position demands a leader who can build and maintain strong relationships, both internally and externally, and who is adept at representing the company in the marketplace.
