The positions on this contract are located both CONUS and OCONUS in support of the Army Sustainment Command (ASC).
**This is NOT a remote role. This role will require you to report on-site 5x/week.****This position may require travel up to 50% of the time.** The Senior Logistics Management Specialist (Maintenance) will do the following in this role:
\n - Conduct CMDP and OIP inspections of Installation Management Command (IMCOM) and HQ ASC subordinate organizations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
\n - Evaluate maintenance operations and be able to identify deficiencies, provide corrective actions, brief results to Senior Leaders, and perform on going assessment of individual unit capabilities and competencies.
\n - Assist in ensuring compliance with policies, plans, programs, procedures and objectives established in maintenance regulatory guidance.
\n - Compile, review, and provide analysis to ASC G4 in support of the annual Department of the Army Award for Maintenance Excellence (AAME) Competition.
\n - Utilize initiative, judgment, and innovative techniques in accomplishing assigned maintenance responsibilities.
\n - Provide detailed guidance to maintenance management personnel at the Logistics Readiness Centers (LRCs) involved with maintenance management operations.
\n - Serve as HQ ASC liaison with personnel and activities involved with maintenance management at every level to resolve problems and provide advice to the ASC Maintenance Office or other supported AMC MSCs on matters requiring a decision.
\n - Review and interpret data from Maintenance Management Information Systems to obtain required information to present reports and briefings.
\n - Provide assistance with preparation of documents and briefings (to include SES level) for maintenance special studies.
\n - Assess maintenance problems, trends, and requirements; advises ASC G-4 if supervisory/management decision/action is required.
\n - Review and provide feedback on all Department of Defense (DOD), DA, AMC, and ASC maintenance regulations, policies, and directives concerning maintenance.
\n - Stay abreast of logistics concepts, programs, doctrine, and significant changes in National and Installation Level logistics systems, which may alter the ASC maintenance concept of operation.
\n - Advise AFSBn/LRCs of procedures or initiatives undertaken that do not comply with approved maintenance management policies and procedures.
\n - Provide all logistic service provider maintenance support to the command as needed.

Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have:
\n - US Citizenship
\n - A Bachelor's degree
\n - 10 years of experience
\n - An active secret level clearance
\n - Expertise and work efforts that are focused on the analysis of the customer's business goals, objectives, needs and the general business environment to solve logistical problems.
\n - Advanced knowledge and experience with Organizational Inspection Program Management Systems, Individual Staff Inspections (OIPs, ISI's) and experience with the Command Maintenance Discipline Program Inspection.
\n - Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
\n - The ability to compose and prepare responses for the Government's approval and signature.
\n - Fluency in Microsoft Office software and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint at the intermediate level.
\n - Senior level experience to coach, teach and mentor personnel in the inspected functional areas.
\n - In-depth knowledge of Department of the Army logistics policies, principles, procedures, regulations, material integration, and maintenance readiness.
\n - Proficiency in the use of GCSS-A and Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW).
\n - Experience with the following Government Regulations: AR 750-1 and DA Pam 750-1.
\n - The ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $89,886.18 to $146,063.87; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
