The South Williamsport Area School District is accepting applications for the following positions:

LONG-TERM GUIDANCE SUBSTITUTE at JR/SR HIGH SCHOOL

Anticipated dates are mid-October 2025 through end of January 2026.
Position pays $175 per day.

FULL-TIME CUSTODIAN - 2nd or 3rd SHIFT
This is a full-time position with year-round employment. This position performs essential and non-essential custodial services in and around school buildings during the school year. Position will be 2nd shift (3PM- 11:30PM) or 3rd shift (10:30PM-6:30AM) during the school year and 1st shift (6:30AM-3:00PM) during the summer. Benefits, paid time off, and holiday pay included. Staring rate is $14.00 per hour per union contract plus a $0.40 shift differential when on 2nd or 3rd shift.

PART-TIME CUSTODIAN -2nd or 3rd SHIFT
Position is 5 hours per day after school hours. Position closely follows school year calendar for approximately 190 days per year. Hourly rate is $14.00 per union contract. Benefits not included.

CONTRACTED INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC LESSON INSTRUCTOR
Seeking skilled Instrumental Music Instructor to teach lessons to 5th and 6th grade students who play musical instruments at various skill levels. Candidate should possess:

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to inspire and motivate students
* Proficiency in playing / instructing Woodwind / Brass / Percussion
* Willingness to work with Band Director / Music Department to
execute program goals
* Have flexible schedule

Previous teaching experience is preferred, but not required and/or
degree in music or related field is a plus, but not essential.
This contracted position follows the school year calendar with
expected hours of 15 hours per week for duration of school year.
