American Molecular Laboratories is a dynamic medical laboratory and biotech company specializing in molecular assay research and development, along with diagnostic testing services for infectious diseases and toxicology. We are currently seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technologists/Technicians to join our growing testing team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily specimen accessioning and analytical testing procedures.
• Conduct routine quality control (QC) checks as outlined in laboratory protocols.
• Perform general maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Participate in proficiency testing and maintain records of ongoing competency assessments.
• Support new method development and validation studies as needed.
• Maintain adequate inventory of consumables and reagents.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace, including benches and floors.
• Perform other laboratory duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in chemical, biological, or laboratory science.
• Knowledge of biological sample preparation, analysis, data interpretation, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with immunology or clinical chemistry analyzers is highly preferred.
• Availability for day shift, evening shift, and/or Saturday rotation is required.
