This high-impact role demands an experienced HR leader with a strategic mindset, capable of unifying performance, development, and rewards practices to support a cohesive and agile people strategy. The Head of Talent Management and Rewards will also be tasked with championing inclusion, transparency, and equitable practices across all programs, and will serve as a key advisor to function heads, shaping the employee experience across the talent management lifecycle. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive experience in talent management, total rewards, and organizational development, preferably in a tech-forward or global environment. The role requires a proven track record of leading through change and scaling talent systems in high-growth, dynamic settings.
