About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Management and Rewards to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to develop and deliver world-class education. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the integration of talent and rewards strategy, aligning it with the company's business and AI-driven transformation. This high-impact role demands an experienced HR leader with a strategic mindset, capable of unifying performance, development, and rewards practices to support a cohesive and agile people strategy. The Head of Talent Management and Rewards will also be tasked with championing inclusion, transparency, and equitable practices across all programs, and will serve as a key advisor to function heads, shaping the employee experience across the talent management lifecycle. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive experience in talent management, total rewards, and organizational development, preferably in a tech-forward or global environment. The role requires a proven track record of leading through change and scaling talent systems in high-growth, dynamic settings. The ideal candidate will have a builder's mindset, clear communication skills, and a high bar for excellence. Experience in integrating total rewards and talent management into a single strategy, as well as familiarity with AI tools for automating and improving people processes, is highly valued. The Head of Talent Management and Rewards will be expected to represent the function in executive forums and company-wide initiatives, and to support strategic conversations with insights that showcase the impact of people programs.
