Job Description
Lone Mountain Gymnastics is currently seeking a highly qualified Girls Team Gymnastics Coach to join our girls Developmental competitive team coaching staff. This position has the potential to work with Levels 2-10 (and some Xcel athletes). The desired candidate must have 3+ years gymnastics coaching experience in a competitive team program, have a knowledge of USA Gymnastics Rules & Policies, capability and experience in spotting skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven high levels of customer service and professionalism. Lone Mountain takes great pride in our professional and highly qualified competitive coaching staff; the ideal candidate must love leading, working with children, have passion and drive for the sport and be eager to work as a team with other coaches.
This is a part-time role but can be considered for full-time based on applicants qualifications in other coaching arenas. Compensation is $20-$25/hour based on experience. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance and company match to IRA.
