**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers, available for both 1st and 2nd shifts. This role involves assisting in the packing of peaches at our cedar facility, ensuring efficient production and quality packaging. **Responsibilities** + Assist in packing peaches and ensure quality packaging. + Sort and stack products as required for both shifts. + Lift and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds. + Push and pull loads up to 400 pounds when necessary. + Work in extreme temperature conditions, both hot and cold. + Ensure safety and adherence to production standards. **Essential Skills** + English comprehension for effective communication. + Ability to perform physical and repetitive work. + Flexibility in scheduling, including day, night, and weekend shifts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in production, general labor, and packaging. + Capability to work in a food production environment. + No motion sickness to handle repetitive tasks. **Why Work Here?** Join a reputable food production company that values its employees and is working towards operating year-round. First shift operates from 5am to 1:30pm, and second shift from 7pm to 3:30am. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Clovis, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
