We are seeking Production Workers to join our team at our Longmont , CO . This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Overtime, including weekends, may be required.

Position Overview:

Production Workers play a vital role in our manufacturing team by operating mill and/or trim equipment to produce high-quality building materials. This position involves safely operating machinery, inspecting finished products, and maintaining an organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate roll formers, coil slitters, and flat sheet shears.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Adjust and install panel dies during tooling changes.
• Enter production quantities into the system.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to position materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to be trained).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively .
• Standing or walking for 7+ hours per shift .
• Exposure to extreme temperatures in summer and winter.
• Moderate to loud noise levels in the work area.
