Job Summary

We’re seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician with experience in both residential and commercial projects. If you’re dependable, safety-driven, and ready to take the next step in your electrical career, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems, including lighting, panel upgrades, outlets, circuits, and smart home integrations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documents.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, contractors, and project managers.
• Identify required materials for repairs and installations, placing orders as needed. Reschedule return clients if necessary to complete jobs in a timely manner.
• Perform service upgrades in occupied high-end homes with care and cleanliness.
• Install and service smart lighting systems( Lutron, Vantage). Willing to train the right person
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure the job site is clean, safe, and protected from damage (boot covers, drop cloths etc.)
• Organize and prioritize service appointments effectively to ensure timely responses to customer needs.
• Present customers with multiple options for resolving their issues, keeping them informed of any potential concerns or delays.
• Ensure compliance with NEC & local codes
• Mentor apprentices to support team growth
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards

Qualifications

• 4+ years electrical installation/service experience (residential & commercial)
• Strong knowledge of NEC and Arizona electrical codes
• Proficient with conduit bending, wire pulling, and panel wiring
• Ability to use meters/test equipment (multimeter, megohmmeter, etc.)
• Professional appearance & communication skills
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
