Applicants for the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness position at the company must have a Doctorate from an accredited institution, significant leadership experience in higher education administration, and a proven track record in strategic planning, compliance, and academic governance. The role requires a global mindset, results-oriented leadership, and a commitment to learning and development.
