Building Maintenance Technician
Always There Staffing is seeking a reliable Building Maintenance Technician to join our client’s team. This position offers steady hours, Monday–Friday from 9 AM–4 PM, with pay ranging from $20–$25 per hour depending on experience . Candidates holding an EPA certification can earn closer to the top of the range.
Daily responsibilities include completing work orders, handling make-ready projects, and performing tasks such as painting, sheetrock repair, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair . You’ll also assist with general upkeep, ensuring all areas remain safe, clean, and in good working condition.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and skilled in a variety of maintenance tasks. A strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
