The Bilingual Spanish Agent handles inbound calls from insurance policyholders and prospective clients, providing tailored consultations and promoting insurance products to meet customer needs. This role emphasizes strong relationship-building and bilingual communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service in both Spanish and English. The position offers full-time hours, benefits, career growth opportunities, and is based in a fast-paced, service-oriented insurance environment.
Our Bilingual/Spanish Representative team starts between $37,000 - $40,000 per year ($16.50 - $17.75 an hour base wage and an additional $.50 an hour in onsite differential plus $1 language differential) plus bonus.
