Job Description

Our client is a boutique real estate development firm seeking an Assistant Property Manager for their prominent downtown property. This person will report to the General Manager and key responsibilities include:

The Role:

  • Lead Property Management and Maintenance teams to prioritize customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer relationships and addressing real estate needs
  • Coordinate property tours and overseeing event programming
  • Support amenity engagement and corporate objectives
  • Develop team members and setting career advancement goals
  • Develop annual budgets and capital plans
  • Handle financial reporting and investor communications
  • Manage third-party contractors and oversee maintenance projects
  • Supervise building projects and assist Property Management as needed

You:

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate management, commercial preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience handling annual budgets, financial proficiency, and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Critical competencies include leadership experience, initiative, strong communication and organizational skills
  • A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
