Salary:

Job Title: Agronomy consultant/ Agronomist / Sales Executive Farming Fertilizer Solutions

Location: nationwide sales opportunities including Canada and Mexico.

Compensation ranges $250,000-$1,000,000+

To ensure success in this position; Ideal candidates are

1- current agronomists or farm managers managing one or multiple farms.

2- current farming services/products distribution managers with existing farmer relationships.

3- anyone with farming knowledge and existing relationships with farmers that they can conduct sample treatment for.

NOTE: Treated trees and crops will do the selling for you - our motto is Plants do not lie. All you have to do is conduct the sample treatment and within a 2-4 weeks, the farm will become your client.

We can provide you with additional farm leads (names, size, crop types, soil condition and contact names/phone/email) and details on their current production crops and soil condition analysis to help you establish additional relationships with the power of knowledge.

Job Description:

As an Agronomy Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Identifying and engaging with large and medium-scale farmers managing hundreds to thousands of acres of farmland.

Presenting and selling our patented soils amendments/ fertilizer products and services, emphasizing their unique benefits, including increased productivity, reduced costs, and superior quality.

Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the companys growth.

We have a very generous commission and bonus package that gets you comfortable monthly earnings even when you are in the beginning of your selling journey with us.

Commissions are $10 per acre, flat no confusion.

Monthly bonus of

$10,000 upon selling 100 acres worth of product.

$20,000 at 1000 acres worth.

$30,000 at 2000 acres worth.

The above is a monthly bonus on top of your commission which you would attain upon meeting the monthly targets.

THIS JOB IS A COMMISSION-ONLY INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION THAT YOU CAN DO WHILE KEEPING YOUR CURRENT AGRICULTURAL RELATED JOB. THIS JOB WORKS IN SYNERGY WITH OTHER AG CONSULTING/SALES POSITIONS. THEREFORE YOU DO NOT NEED TO QUIT YOUR CURRENT JOB.
