Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales, price, and margin targets, focusing on net new wins and opportunity funnel management.
Identify customer applications and programs that present sales opportunities for Danfoss Business Units, developing tailored proposals to meet customer needs.
Lead Industrial Business Unit initiatives with OEMs, distributors, specifiers, and users.
Ensure alignment with customers by conducting periodic business reviews, communicating customer forecasts, and representing the Voice of Customer to the organization.
Develop broad relationships at customer accounts, covering key decision-makers and critical departments.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of customer-facing account management and sales development experience with industrial markets and/or hydraulic products.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and productivity skills.
Ability to travel up to 75% (domestic and international), primarily in the USA and Canada.
