Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and execute opportunities to scale client accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding profitability targets within the first 6 months.Client Onboarding: Own the onboarding experience to decrease time-to-launch by leveraging strong internal coordination across Sales and Operations. Campaign Execution: Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client KPIs.Performance Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly campaign updates using clear and compelling insights tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to optimize strategy in real-time, using findings to drive better outcomes across client portfolios.Strategic Partnership Development: Showcase strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships.Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, user acquisition strategies, and familiarity with tracking platforms / reporting tools (i.e., Everflow, Tune, HasOffers, Looker are a plus).COMPETENCIESStrategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and align strategies with business objectives.Relentless Hustle: Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a drive to exceed expectations.Collaboration & Influence: Works cross-functionally and fosters strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Detail-Oriented Execution: Maintains precision in managing campaigns, budgets, and client deliverables.Excellent Communication: Ability to present insights persuasively and drive alignment across teams.TOTAL COMPENSATIONBase salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato's Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits.
